📍 Location: Banasree, Rampura, Dhaka
🕚 Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
📅 Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Key Responsibilities
Make at least 150 outbound calls daily
Receive and manage inbound calls professionally
Guide students regarding IELTS, Spoken English, O/A Level, and Study Abroad programs
Follow up with prospective students and maintain accurate CRM records
Coordinate with counselors and achieve monthly targets
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of call centre experience (Mandatory)
Excellent Bengali communication skills with clear pronunciation
Basic English communication skills
Good computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Workspace)
Target-driven, disciplined, and customer-focused
