Responsibilities & Context:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to provide prompt support, answer queries, and confirm orders.

  • Respond to customer messages professionally across different communication channels while ensuring timely follow-up.

  • Coordinate with courier partners to ensure smooth order dispatch, delivery tracking, and successful fulfillment.

  • Update product information, pricing, and stock availability on the company website as required.

  • Prepare and maintain daily sales, order, and inventory reports accurately using Microsoft Excel.

  • Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to support campaigns, achieve business targets, and improve overall performance.

  • Monitor the complete order processing cycle to ensure a seamless and satisfactory customer experience.

  • Assist in resolving customer concerns and coordinate with relevant departments for quick and effective solutions.
