Communicate with clients via phone, email & social media
Provide accurate information on overseas study & travel services
Handle customer queries, complaints & follow-ups professionally
Assist clients with application & documentation process
Maintain and update client database regularly
Coordinate with team members for smooth operations
Ensure customer satisfaction and support business growth
Perform daily computer tasks (MS Word, Excel, Email, etc.)
