• Communicate with clients via phone, email & social media
• Provide accurate information on overseas study & travel services
• Handle customer queries, complaints & follow-ups professionally
• Assist clients with application & documentation process
• Maintain and update client database regularly
• Coordinate with team members for smooth operations
• Ensure customer satisfaction and support business growth
• Perform daily computer tasks (MS Word, Excel, Email, etc.)
