  • Handle Phone, Facebook, WhatsApp, Messenger queries

  • Support customers over phone calls

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing and company policies.

  • Meet daily, weekly and monthly performance targets (e.g., call handling, response time, customer satisfaction).
