• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) in Biotechnology, Marketing, Biochemistry, Medicine, Chemistry
• Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) in Biotechnology, Marketing, Biochemistry, Medicine, Chemistry

• 3 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Medical Equipment, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

• Age 25 to 40 years

• Sales experience must be pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and medical devices.

• Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

• Must be willing to travel within assigned areas.

• Motorcycle driving skill with a valid license will be an added advantage.

• Conducting regular visits to prominent dermatologists and aesthetic clinics alongside the team`s MPOs to secure prescriptions.

• Organizing scientific seminars, conferences, and round-table meetings with the country`s leading dermatologists.

• Creating product imaging, strategies and planning to popularize the product among doctors (dermatologists).

• Providing free product samples and scientific leaflets to doctors.

• Ensure the availability of derma products across all pharmacies and hospitals in the assigned area.

• Supervise, guide, and evaluate the performance of Medical Promotion Officers (MPOs) in the area.

• Listing new doctors or pharmacies that have set up practice in the local area.

• Collect orders from chemist shops.

• Introduce new products and promotional offers to customers.

• Sending regular reports on field sales conditions, stock issues, and competitor activities to the Regional Manager or Head Office.

• Collecting outstanding payments for products from pharmacies or clients on time as per company policy.

• Report in writing to the company the number of doctors and pharmacies visited each day.
