Employment Type: Full-time

( From Saturday to Thursday - 10 am to 6 pm)

Key Responsibilities:

1)Contact potential clients via phone and introduce our audit and certification services.

2)Generate leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients.

3)Follow up with existing and potential customers.

4)Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

5)Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

6)Visit client offices when required to collect documents, conduct follow-up activities, or attend meetings. (If needed sometimes)

Requirements:

1)Bachelor's degree (preferred).

2)Strong communication and negotiation skills.

3)Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage.

4)Good command of Bangla and English.

5)Willingness to travel within Dhaka for client visits when necessary.

6)Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
