Strong verbal communication and customer-handling skills in Bangla; basic English proficiency is required.Must be comfortable communicating with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.Basic computer skills, Bangla/English typing and familiarity with Google Sheets or MS Excel are required.Must be target-oriented, disciplined and capable of handling follow-up and telesales responsibilities.Must maintain strict confidentiality of customer and patient information.Must be willing to work from the Khulna office and follow the assigned duty roster.The employee must not provide medical advice and must escalate medical questions to the designated doctor or supervisor.

HelloDoctor HealthTech Limited is seeking a responsible and target-oriented Customer Care Executive (Telesales) for its Khulna office.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and other assigned channels.

• Explain HelloDoctor’s online consultation services, fees, processes and available consultation modes clearly.

• Follow up with interested customers and convert qualified inquiries into paid consultations using approved communication guidelines.

• Make outbound follow-up calls when required and maintain accurate customer records.

• Collect necessary non-clinical information and coordinate customers with the appropriate service team.

• Verify payment information according to company procedures and update the relevant records.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of customer and patient information.

• Escalate medical questions, emergencies and complex complaints to the designated doctor or supervisor; the employee must not provide medical advice.

• Achieve assigned response-time, follow-up, service-quality and sales-conversion targets.

• Prepare daily activity and performance reports and perform other relevant duties assigned by the management.
