Job Role:

We are looking for a confident and professional Call Center Agent for our US B2B campaign. You will be responsible for outbound calling and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to US-based businesses

• Engage customers professionally and follow the provided script

• Qualify customers and maintain call records in CRM

• Meet daily activity targets

• Maintain professional communication

Requirements:

• Excellent English Communication - Fluent and Confident

• Previous experience in Call Center / BPO / Customer Support preferred

• Must be comfortable with outbound calling

• Must be available to work in the EST time zone

• Own Laptop/PC, Headset, Stable Internet, and Quiet Workspace

• Punctual, responsible, and willing to learn

• Immediate joiner preferred
