Responsibilities & Context:
Make outbound calls to potential to generate leads and schedule appointments.
Guide students through the application process, assisting with documentation and visa requirements.
Follow up with leads to ensure conversions and meet daily/weekly targets. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and update the lead database regularly.
Promote educational seminars, webinars or events.
Respond to enquiries and address concerns related to study destinations, courses and application procedures.
Work closely with counselors to schedule consultations and ensure a smooth admission process.
