Responsibilities & Context:
Receive inbound calls from customers and respond to inquiries professionally.
Make outbound calls for order confirmation and customer follow-up.
Process and update customer orders accurately in the system.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
Promote company products and inform customers about ongoing offers.
Meet daily call handling and customer satisfaction targets.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
