- টেলিসেলস বা কল সেন্টার সেক্টরে কমপক্ষে ১ বছরের কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
Responsibilities & Context:
- গ্রাহকদের সাথে ফোনে কথোপকথনের মাধ্যমে প্রোডাক্ট/সার্ভিস সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত জানানো।
- প্রতিদিন নির্ধারিত সংখ্যক আউটবাউন্ড/ইনবাউন্ড কল পরিচালনা করা।
- গ্রাহকের প্রয়োজন বুঝে উপযুক্ত প্রোডাক্ট রিকমেন্ড করা ও অর্ডার কনফার্ম করা।
- কাস্টমারের সাথে সর্বদা শালীন, ভদ্র ও বন্ধুসুলভ আচরণ বজায় রাখা।
- প্রতিদিন/সাপ্তাহিক/মাসিক সেলস টার্গেট অর্জনে সক্রিয় ভূমিকা রাখা।
- CRM বা Google Sheet এ কাস্টমার ডাটা সঠিকভাবে আপডেট ও সংরক্ষণ করা।
- পূর্বে আগ্রহ দেখানো গ্রাহকদের ফলো-আপ কল করা এবং অর্ডার কনভার্ট করার চেষ্টা করা।
- কোম্পানির নীতি, সেলস প্রসেস ও নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী কাজ করা।
সকাল ৯:৩০ AM থেকে রাত ৮:৩০ PM পর্যন্ত নিয়মিত ডিউটি বজায় রাখা।
