- Female, Minimum height 5.3 ft. and Good looking, smart, and presentable.
- Basic knowledge of Facebook page management and social media communication.
- 1–2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role (Banking sector, Telecommunication (Bangla link/Robi/GP experience preferred)
- Knowledge of CRM Software.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Good computer skills in MS Office
Responsibilities & Context: Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries on company social media pages.
- Identify and hunt potential clients through social media, phone calls, and online platforms.
- Communicate with prospects and invite interested clients to visit the office for further discussion.
- Explain company services/products clearly and handle client queries professionally.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into confirmed clients.
- Close sales deals and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets set by management.
- Maintain records of leads, calls, and client interactions.
