Responsibilities & Context:

Architectural Design & Drafting

• Prepare architectural conceptual layouts, plans, elevations, and sections based on project requirements

• Develop detailed working drawings, including coordination with structural, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) layouts

• Ensure drawing accuracy and compliance with architectural standards and design guidelines.

• 3D Modeling & Visualization

• Create detailed 3D interior and exterior models from 2D drawings

• Produce high-quality photorealistic renders with appropriate materials, textures, and lighting

• Prepare 3D animations and walkthrough videos for client presentations

• Optimize scenes for efficient and smooth rendering

• Manage render passes and perform basic post-production using Photoshop or similar software.
