We are currently looking for a passionate, target-driven, and student-focused Senior Student Counsellor to join our Dhaka office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding students through their study abroad journey, from career counselling to university admission and visa support.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Student Counsellor, you will:

• Provide professional counselling to students interested in studying in the UK and Australia

• Advise students on course selection, university options, admission requirements, and visa procedures

• Follow up with prospective students through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and face-to-face consultations

• Support students in preparing and submitting applications, supporting documents, and visa files

• Build and maintain strong communication with university representatives and international partners

• Achieve monthly recruitment and conversion targets

• Attend and represent BHE UNI at education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events

• Maintain accurate student records and ensure regular follow-up on every lead

• Work closely with the marketing team to convert leads into successful enrolments

Deliver excellent customer service throughout the student recruitment journey

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication and counselling skills

• Previous experience in student counselling/student recruitment/study abroad consultancy will be preferred

• Good understanding of the UK and Australia admissions and visa processes

• Target-oriented, confident, and proactive personality

• Ability to manage multiple student cases and deadlines effectively

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email communication, and CRM/follow-up systems

• Fluency in English and Bangla
