BHE Uni is looking for a smart, target-driven, and experienced Senior Student Counsellor (China) who can guide prospective students through the full admission journey for China. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, counselling experience, and a passion for helping students achieve their international education goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding study opportunities in China

• Provide accurate guidance on universities, courses, tuition fees, scholarships, visa process, and admission requirements

• Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person consultations

• Assist students in university selection, application submission, document preparation, and follow-up

• Support students throughout the offer letter, tuition fee, visa, and pre-departure process

• Maintain regular communication with Chinese university representatives and partner institutions

• Meet monthly recruitment and conversion targets

• Keep proper records of leads, applications, follow-ups, and enrolled students

• Work closely with the marketing team to convert generated leads into admissions

• Represent the company at education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• Candidates with overseas education consultancy experience will get preference

Experience Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of experience in student counselling/education consultancy

• Prior experience working with China student recruitment will be highly preferred

Additional Requirements

• Strong knowledge of China admission and visa procedures

• Excellent communication and counselling skills

• Strong convincing, follow-up, and conversion ability

• Good command of English and Bangla

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, email communication, and CRM handling

• Smart, well-presented, and professional attitude

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
