• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• The applicants who have experience in the following business area(s) will get preference: Mobile Accessories and Gadgets

• To achieve the sales target as per Annual Business Plan (ABP).

• Make strategic and operational plan for individuals and group head to achieve the sales target.

• Monitoring marketing activities and follow up all the sales and promotional activities.

• Ensure strong presence, visibility & dominance of company products.

• Engagement day to day communication with sales persons through digital technology and upgrade the team leaders/ cluster heads for user friendly on tech savvy so that the team would be aligned on business.

• Monitor daily activities report from Team Members to Team Leader, Team Leaders to Cluster Head and finally update the performance with analysis to the Company Head every day.

• Assist to hire the quality manpower from mobile accessories industry, train and develop of existing and new sales personnel so that they can deliver the optimum result to achieve the target as per ABP.

• Monitor & guide the training and development activities for sales and marketing team to achieve the sales target.

• Monitor the KPI of sales & marketing team and review the performance for annual evaluation of sales and marketing team.

• Any other task assigned time to time from management.
