- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) এ পারদর্শী হতে হবে।
- প্রতিদিন নির্দিষ্ট সংখ্যক কল করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
- মাইক্রোসফট অফিস সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
- টিমে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
- সমস্যা সমাধানে পারদর্শী এবং ধৈর্যশীল হতে হবে।
- অবশ্যই নম্র,ভদ্র এবং কর্মঠ হতে হবে।
- মিশুক ও পরিশ্রমী হতে হবে
- চৌকস হতে হবে
Responsibilities & Context:
- আমাদের সম্পর্কে কাস্টমারদের বিভিন্ন প্রশ্নের উত্তর দেয়া।
- কাস্টমারের সাথে হওয়া কথোপকথন রিপোর্ট শীটে আপডেট রাখা।
- কাস্টমারদের সাথে পজেটিভ এবং সু-সম্পর্ক স্থাপন করা।
- প্রতিমাসে নির্দিষ্ট সেলস টার্গেট অর্জন করা।
