The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Commercial/ Export-Import, Computer skill, International Export/Import, Sales & Marketing

Practical & Adequate knowledge in export documents related with Bank, C&F, EPB, Customs, Shipping Line and Freight forwarders, Import through L/C& T/T etc.

Adequate Knowledge about H.S. Code, L/C Clauses, PSI, Customs and bonded warehouse matter , Custom Audit, Bill of Lading and other shipping documents, Certificate of Origin and undertaking, Bond License, Vessel Schedule, Invoice, Packing list, UP, UD, GSP, EXP, BGMEA, NBR & other delegates etc. 

Should have expertise about Customs law and regulations about Import & Export, Customs Audit and be capable to negotiate with Customs Bond Department.

Solid understanding of costing principles for billing and importing raw materials.

Expert in In Bond, Ex Bond & Bond License handling

Job Context

Candidate has to be thorough about the export/import processes. The individual has to have overall knowledge on L/C or sales contract formalities, proforma invoice, commercial invoice and custom procedures.

Job Responsibilities 

• Candidate must have knowledge to compose any kinds of bank forwarding letter for LC opening and loan.

• Must have experience on import export process & commercial activities with private banks. 

• Export documentation: L/C or sales contract formalities, proforma invoice, commercial invoice.

• Must be proficient with UD/BGMEA procedures. 

• Required to have overall knowledge of GSP, EPB and Customs Procedures. 

• Regularly monitoring & tracking various stages of import.

• Customer PI checked with HS code.

• Co-ordinate with Govt. officials & C&F agent, Banks, Forwarders, Transportation on time.

• Knowledge of LC opening for EDF, Cash, BTB, UPass, Deferred LC

• Maintaining detailed purchase and pricing records for Accounts/Costing Department.

• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
