• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience (Freshers with great communication skills can apply).

• Top Priority: Proven experience in Optical Sales (understanding frames & lenses).

• Must be a practicing Muslim.

• Excellent grooming, politeness, and camera-facing confidence are mandatory.

Job Context: ARAVO is a premium and fast-growing lifestyle outlet located in Rampura, Dhaka. We showcase a premium collection of fashion accessories, including Sunglasses, Optical Frames, Watches, Wallets, Belts, Ladies' Bags, and Perfume Oils. We strictly follow a fixed-price system (all products are price-tagged). We are looking for smart, energetic, and camera-confident sales executives. Candidates with prior experience in Optical Showroom Sales will be given 1st Priority.

Responsibilities:

• Assist and guide walk-in customers to choose the perfect optical frames, sunglasses, and other accessories.

• Present product features and premium quality effectively to customers (as it is a fixed-price shop).

• Handle showroom operations including attractive product display, inventory management, and billing.

• Confidently appear in short social media product promotional videos/reels and support Facebook activities.

• Manage online customer inquiries and coordinate courier deliveries.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: BDT 10,000 – 22,000 (Negotiable based on optical experience).

• Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly) | Salary Review: Yearly.
