• Honest, punctual, and responsible

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience

• Experience in optical, watch, or lifestyle retail outlets will get preference

• Experience in digital content creation (Facebook videos/posts) is a plus

• Strong supervision and communication skills

• Must have the confidence to appear in and create product videos for online promotion

Job Context: ARAVO is a new and growing lifestyle outlet located in Rampura, Dhaka. We are looking for smart, polite, and responsible individuals to join our showroom as Sales & Customer Service Executives.

Employment Status:

• Full-time (10:00 AM – 10:00 PM)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships

• Handle day-to-day showroom operations including product display, inventory, and cash management

• Operate basic computer programs (especially Microsoft Word)

• Support digital and social media marketing activities (e.g., Facebook posts, product videos)

• Maintain a clean and attractive showroom environment

• Supervise all showroom activities and ensure smooth daily operations

• Manage online orders and courier delivery coordination

• Ensure high-quality after-sales service for customers

• Salary Range: BDT : Negotiable. (Based on qualification and experience)

• Salary Review: Yearly
