Able to communicate fluently in both English and Bengali

1. Store Maintenance & Upkeep: Arrive early to open the store, ensuring the premises, shelves, and products are clean, dusted, and neatly arranged before opening hours.

2. Customer Service Excellence: Welcome and greet customers warmly, maintain a polite and professional attitude, and assist them in finding the right perfumes based on their preferences.

3. Sales Target Achievement: Proactively engage with customers to drive sales, promote our inspired and signature perfume collections, and consistently meet or exceed daily/monthly sales targets.

4. Teamwork & Collaboration: Maintain a positive, friendly, and respectful relationship with all colleagues and team members to ensure a smooth work environment.

5. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our fragrance notes, longevity, and collections to answer customer queries confidently.

6. Stock Management: Assist in monitoring stock levels on the shelves and reporting any shortage to the management.

• Festival Bonus: 2

• Basic Salary: BDT 12,000 per month.

• Daily Allowance: Additional BDT 1,000 per month for snacks/refreshments.

• Sales Performance Bonus: Opportunity to earn an extra BDT 2,000 to BDT 7,000 per month based on achieving shop sales targets (applicable from the 2nd month of joining).

• Festival Bonus:

  • 1 Full Bonus on Holy Eid-ul-Fitr (Rojar Eid).

  • 1 Half Bonus on Holy Eid-ul-Adha (Kurbanir Eid).
