• Honest, responsible, and well-organized.
• Willing to stay at the outlet and monitor daily operations.
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure regular presence at the outlet and manage overall shop operations to achieve sales targets and maintain business performance.
Oversee daily operations of the shop and store activities.
Maintain stock availability and ensure proper inventory management.
Monitor goods receiving, storage, and distribution processes.
Supervise sales performance and coordinate with the sales team.
Prepare inventory reports and maintain documentation.
Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and operational standards.
Manage store staff and assign duties accordingly.
Monitor stock movement and minimize shortages or losses.
Coordinate with management regarding purchasing and operational requirements.
Ensure customer satisfaction and smooth store operations.
