Responsibilities & Context:
1–3+ years experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, or delivery coordination (apparel experience preferred)
Strong attention to detail and proven QC ability for apparel/products
Comfortable working to daily targets and KPIs; reliable and deadline-oriented
Knowledge of apparel quality standards, size spec sheets, and packaging materials
Basic photography skills for documenting defects
Familiarity with carrier label/manifest generation
