Job Summary

The Sales Persons are responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, maintaining store presentation, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a customer-focused attitude to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

• Provide accurate information about products, prices, and promotions.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

• Inform customers about ongoing discounts, offers, and loyalty programs.

3. Product & Inventory Management

• Ensure shelves are fully stocked and products are neatly displayed.

• Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor of shortages.

• Check product expiry dates and remove damaged or expired items.

• Assist in stock receiving and inventory counts.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.

• Ensure price tags and labels are accurate and visible.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum HSC or equivalent Certificate.

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred (1–2 years).

• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented attitude.

• Basic mathematical skills for handling cash transactions.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
