Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Pharmacy Helper to assist in the daily operations of the pharmacy. The helper will support customer service, maintain the shop environment, and assist the sales team with non-pharmaceutical items and general tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Open and manage the pharmacy entrance gate for customers and ensure a welcoming environment.
Assist customers by guiding them to the salesperson when needed.
Help sell and manage non-pharmaceutical items such as personal care products, toiletries, and other retail items.
Bring and deliver goods from the local market as instructed by the salesperson or pharmacy management.
Assist sales staff in arranging products on shelves and maintaining product displays.
Keep the pharmacy premises clean, organized, and presentable.
Support staff with basic tasks such as carrying boxes, organizing stock, and handling simple errands.
Maintain polite behavior with customers and follow instructions from the pharmacy management.
