Advice students on suitable study options, courses, scholarships, and career pathways aligned with their academic background and goals.
Documentation of student visa processing as support.
Assist students in preparing SOPs, LORs, CVs, and financial documentation to meet institutional and visa requirements.
Conduct pre-departure briefings to ensure students are fully prepared for overseas study.
Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly student conversion targets, including counseling, application submission, and visa success ratios.
Support students in preparing and submitting complete and accurate university applications within deadlines.
Track application progress and follow up with institutions to ensure timely offers.
Meet application submission targets as set by management.
Educate students on visa requirements, GTE/Genuine Student criteria, and financial documentation.
Prepare students for visa interviews through mock sessions and document verification.
Maintain effective communication with students, parents, universities, and partner agents.
Build long-term relationships to generate referrals and repeat enrollments.
Participate in education fairs, seminars, school visits, and promotional events.
Support digital and offline marketing activities, including content creation and lead follow-up.
Maintain accurate student records and application status updates in CRM systems.
Generate regular reports on counseling outcomes, applications, visas, and enrollments.
Ensure 100% data accuracy and timely reporting aligned with performance targets.
Stay updated with institutional policies, admission criteria, and visa regulations for target destinations.
Ensure all student files comply with regulatory and partner requirements.
Work closely with senior counselors, documentation teams, and management to maintain service quality.
Support team targets and contribute to overall branch performance.
Attend internal and external training sessions, webinars, and partner workshops.
Stay informed about global education trends, visa updates, and new institution partnerships to improve performance and target achievement.
