  • Ability to understand technical and financial requirements for sales of Healthcare/Medical Equipment.

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and achieve sales target simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and sales analytics platforms is highly desirable.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales & Marketing team of Healthcare/Medical Equipment & Reagent to ensure effective performance, motivation, target achievement and professional development.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.

  • Plan and execute campaigns for product launches, promotions, and brand awareness.

  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and distribution channels to drive revenue growth.

  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, partners, vendors, and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market plans.

  • Ensure cost-effective sales operations while maximizing ROI.

  • Represent the company in relevant forums, industry events, and high-level client engagements as required.

  • Getting through the sales contract terms and conditions, liquidity damages, performance guarantee, after sales guarantee requirements, collection terms, VAT and special conditions.
