Minimum 15 years of sales experience of Healthcare/Medical Equipment.
Ability to understand technical and financial requirements for sales of Healthcare/Medical Equipment.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and achieve sales target simultaneously.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and sales analytics platforms is highly desirable.
Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales & Marketing team of Healthcare/Medical Equipment & Reagent to ensure effective performance, motivation, target achievement and professional development.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
Plan and execute campaigns for product launches, promotions, and brand awareness.
Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and distribution channels to drive revenue growth.
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market plans.
Ensure cost-effective sales operations while maximizing ROI.
Represent the company in relevant forums, industry events, and high-level client engagements as required.
Getting through the sales contract terms and conditions, liquidity damages, performance guarantee, after sales guarantee requirements, collection terms, VAT and special conditions.
