• Minimum 25 years practical experience in prescription oriented reputed pharmaceuticals company where in 5 years experience in similar or AGM/DGM (Sales & Marketing)/Marketing Manager position is essential.

• Experience to operate 1000+ field forces.

• Age limit preferably within 60 years

• Candidate should be capable to increase sales through prescription with innovative marketing strategies, prepare yearly sales budget, sales achievment, promotional strategy & capable to work hard in stressful situations.

• Candidate should be self motivated have strong managerial skills with problem solving attitude and well conversant in the field of marketing management.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skill & required to travel frequently in doctor front & chemist shop to increase sales through prescription around the country.

• An ability to lead, Motivate and inspire Marketing teams. Overall responsibility for all Marketing and Sales activities.
