Responsibilities & Context:
Residential D2D: Conducting daily field visits to households to sell retail internet packages.
Corporate B2B: Identifying and pitching to offices, SMEs, and commercial buildings for dedicated bandwidth and lease-line services.
Client Retention: Building long-term relationships with corporate clients to ensure contract renewals.
Solution Selling: Ability to explain the difference between shared home internet and Dedicated Corporate Bandwidth.
ISP Fundamentals: Clear understanding of Latency, Static IP, Global Peering, and Router configurations.
Proposal Writing: Crafting professional business proposals and quotations for corporate clients using AI-assisted tools.
CRM & Data Entry: Using CRM tools to track field visits, follow-up dates, and conversion rates.
Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor pricing and residential growth patterns in specific zones.
Direct Persuasion: Strong ability to close sales on the spot during D2D visits.
Professional Grooming: Maintaining a corporate-standard appearance for B2B meetings and a friendly, approachable look for D2D.
Objection Handling: Expert in resolving concerns regarding pricing, downtime, and installation timelines.
