Job Context

We are seeking experienced Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team. In this role, you will drive revenue growth and expand our presence in Dhaka’s premium real estate market by converting qualified leads into successful bookings. This position is designed for proven sales professionals who excel at handling high-net-worth clients and building lasting relationships. As a key contributor to our business growth, you will engage in field-level client interaction and manage the full apartment sales process with the highest level of professionalism.

 

 Job Responsibilities

1.  Sales Performance & Target Achievement

  • CRM Documentation: Maintain meticulous daily logs of all cold calls and follow-up activities within the CRM to ensure accurate data for management review

  • Target Hitting: Consistently achieve sales targets (monthly/quarterly) and take full ownership of individual targets.

  • Execution: Maintain and scale real estate service offerings in a competitive market.

2. Client Relationship & Lifecycle Management

  • Engagement: Lead client engagements, meetings, site visits, and inquiries.

  • The Sales Cycle: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including negotiations and pricing offers.

  • Post-Sales: Coordinate documentation for booking, agreement processing, and final client handover.

3. Strategy, Research & Market Intelligence

  • Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic sales plans and corporate targets.

  • Market Research: Monitor Real Estate Industry activities, pricing trends, and updates.

  • Optimization: Use customer feedback and market research to refine sales approaches and service quality.

  • Marketing Support: Assist in promotional activities, digital lead generation, and property fairs.

4. Administrative Tracking & Reporting

  • Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, calls, and an organized pipeline.

  • Reporting: Deliver comprehensive performance updates and daily sales reports to supervisors/management.

  • Documentation: Ensure all payment schedules and agreements comply with company guidelines.

5. Organizational Support

  • Teamwork: Coordinate with the wider Sales Team and other relevant departments.

  • Multi-Channel Lead Sourcing: Proactively identify and collect high-quality leads from diverse sources, including digital platforms, industry databases, networking events, and market research.

  • Flexibility: Execute additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
