Job Context

We are seeking experienced Assistant and Deputy Managers to join our Sales & Marketing team. In this role, you will drive revenue growth and expand our presence in Dhaka’s premium real estate market by converting qualified leads into successful bookings. This position is designed for proven sales professionals who excel at handling high-net-worth clients and building lasting relationships. As a key contributor to our business growth, you will engage in field-level client interaction and manage the full apartment sales process with the highest level of professionalism.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Consistently achieve sales targets for both commercial and residential real estate projects on a monthly and quarterly basis.

  • Lead client engagements by conducting meetings and site visits, responding to inquiries, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle.

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through structured follow-ups and timely communication.

  • Conduct negotiations and prepare detailed payment schedules and pricing offers, ensuring full compliance with company guidelines.

  • Coordinate with the Sales Team to maintain an organized pipeline, accurate client records, and real-time deal status updates.

  • Support a wide range of promotional activities, from digital lead generation to physical property fairs and marketing events.

  • Monitor and report competitor activities and market pricing trends to help management refine sales strategies.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate documentation throughout the booking, agreement processing, and client handover stages.

  • Deliver comprehensive sales performance updates and periodic reports to management for strategic review.

  • Drive business growth by identifying and increasing opportunities through diverse market channels.

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic sales plans and corporate targets.

  • Lead the planning and execution of corporate sales initiatives to expand the company's market presence.

  • Take full ownership of achieving individual sales targets while driving overall revenue growth.

  • Strategically establish and expand the customer base to ensure long-term brand loyalty.

  • Focus on maintaining and scaling the company’s real estate service offerings in a competitive market.

  • Conduct market research and collect customer feedback to refine sales approaches and improve service quality.

  • Stay ahead of the market by keeping up-to-date with industry trends, new product launches, and competitor movements.

  • Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, calls, and sales data to track progress.

  • Provide daily sales reports and performance updates to the supervisor to ensure transparency.

  • Execute additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to support organizational goals.
