Responsibilities & Context:
  • Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Convert inbound leads into sales through effective communication and quick response
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure proper follow-up with potential customers
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to share insights, feedback, and campaign updates
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, response time, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain brand tone and ensure excellent customer service across all communication channels
  • Participate in campaign launches and assist with lead monitoring and engagement
  • Work in roster/shift schedules as per campaign or business requirements.
  • Meeting and visit with clients as business required.
