Retired Defense Personnel
Proven experience in security management, preferably in real estate, construction, or large facilities.
Physically fit, disciplined, and capable of managing multiple sites.
Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skill
Responsibilities & Context:
Overall supervision, maintenance and management of security arrangements and operations at all construction project sites and Head Office.
Deployment, discipline, and duty roster management of security guards/supervisors.
Regular inspection of project sites to ensure safety, access control, and protection of company assets.
Monitoring entry/exit of manpower, materials, and vehicles at project sites.
Coordination with maintenance teams to ensure safety compliance during construction, repair and maintenance works.
Ensuring proper coordination with Site/Project Engineers, Project Management team and Administration.
Liaison with local law enforcement and emergency services when required.
Immediate reporting of any incident, theft, damage, or security breach.
Preparation and submission of daily/weekly/monthly project security reports to the Head Office.
