A Sales Program Coordinator supports the execution, monitoring, and optimization of sales programs, promotional campaigns, and demand generation initiatives. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams, the Sales Program Coordinator will ensure disciplined program management, accurate reporting, and smooth cross-functional alignment to accelerate revenue growth
Reports to: Head of Sales Program & Demand Generation
What You Will Do
Sales Program Execution & Coordination:
Coordinate the implementation of structured sales programs, promotional offers & demand generation campaigns.
Ensure timely rollout of campaigns across business units and sales channels.
Track program milestones, deliverables, and execution timelines.
Campaign & Offer Management:
Support development and deployment of targeted sales offers aligned with customer segments.
Maintain campaign calendars and ensure alignment with corporate sales objectives.
Monitor campaign performance and escalate execution gaps when required.
Performance Reporting & Analytics:
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports including KPIs, ROI metrics, and program outcomes.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Liaise with external agencies, distributors, and partners when required.
Ensure all programs comply with regulatory and corporate governance standards.
