Databrandix, a leading digital marketing agency, is seeking a dynamic, performance-driven Executive - Digital Marketing to manage brand visibility, lead generation, and digital growth across multiple platforms for assigned projects.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing multiple brands simultaneously, ensuring a strong online presence, executing performance marketing, and driving strategic digital growth.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Social Media Management, Content Strategy, Paid Media Buying, SEO, and Cross-functional Team Coordination, with the ability to work in a structured, target-driven, and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with management and cross-functional teams to align campaigns, events, and service promotions.
Organize virtual/in-person meetings for campaign planning and approval.
Ensure timely content approval and campaign updates before publishing.
Manage all major social media platforms and maintain a consistent brand presence.
Execute daily posting strategy with proper content planning and scheduling.
Maintain content calendar, Google Business Profiles, and structured digital asset storage.
Conduct competitor analysis to improve engagement and performance.
Write engaging captions (English/Bangla) aligned with brand voice.
Develop video scripts, storyboards, and storytelling-based success content.
Provide clear content briefs with objective, key message, and CTA.
Maintain a balanced mix of educational, emotional, and conversion-driven content.
Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Social Media campaigns.
Monitor budget, ROI, lead quality, and conversion rate.
Manage creative rotation and campaign optimization strategies.
Support Email, WhatsApp, and SMS marketing initiatives.
Optimize on-page elements and implement off-page backlink strategies.
Track performance using Analytics tools and prepare monthly reports.
