Role Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven Executive — Digital Marketing who can manage brand visibility, lead generation, and digital growth across multiple platforms for assigned clients. You will handle multiple brands simultaneously, execute paid and organic campaigns, create content strategies, and report on measurable outcomes. This is not a task-execution role — we expect strategic thinking, initiative, and accountability in every assignment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with management and cross-functional teams to align campaigns, events, and service promotions
Ensure timely content approval and campaign updates before publishing
Manage and maintain all major social media platforms to ensure consistent brand presence
Plan and execute daily posting strategy with proper content planning and scheduling
Maintain content calendar, Google Business Profiles, and structured digital asset storage
Conduct competitor analysis to improve engagement, reach, and campaign performance
Write engaging captions in English and Bangla aligned with brand voice and campaign goals
Develop video scripts, storyboards, and storytelling-based success content
Prepare clear content briefs including objective, key message, and call-to-action (CTA)
Maintain a balanced mix of educational, emotional, and conversion-driven content
Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and social media (Facebook, Tiktok LinkedIn) advertising campaigns
Monitor campaign budget, ROI, lead quality, and conversion rate
Implement creative rotation and campaign optimization strategies
Support Email, WhatsApp, and SMS marketing campaigns
Optimize on-page elements and implement off-page SEO backlink strategies
Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports
Manage website content through CMS platforms such as WordPress, Wix, and Shopify
