• Experience in student counseling or study abroad consultancy (UK/Europe preferred)

• Strong knowledge of UK and European education systems

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

• Ability to handle multiple student cases efficiently

• Sales-oriented mindset with ethical counseling practices

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Key Responsibilities

• Counseling students for study abroad should be offered in a variety of ways, such as in-person meetings, over the phone, on WhatsApp, or on social media platforms.

• Give prospective students information on the appropriate program, university, college, or school, as well as the cost of living in different nations, tuition fees, and scholarships.

• Build solid connections with academic institutions, student organisations, etc.

• Create a robust social media presence and share pertinent material on a regular basis.

• Oversee the processing of university applications and visas

• Keep in touch with clients frequently to update them on the progress of their applications.

• Helping clients deal with visa denials and getting the appropriate paperwork ready for appeals.

• Ensuring that all client paperwork, applications, and progress notes are accurately documented.

• Work together as a team to accomplish shared objectives and provide outstanding customer service.

• Preparing required documents according to the university’s requirements and scholarships.

• Have experience in writing SOPs and Essays.

• Perform telesales activities to promote study abroad services.

• Conduct follow-up calls to prospective students and parents to provide information on study abroad programs.

• Engage in outbound and inbound calls to generate leads, answer inquiries, and convert prospects into enrolments
