We are currently looking for an experienced and target-driven Sr. Consultant (South Korea) to lead student counseling, admission processing, and visa guidance for South Korea.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the South Korean education system, university admission procedures, and visa requirements. This role requires strong leadership, student management skills, and the ability to achieve enrollment targets while maintaining high service quality.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide expert counseling to students interested in studying in South Korea
Guide students on university selection, program options, tuition fees, and career pathways
Manage the end-to-end admission process for South Korean universities
Prepare and review SOPs, CVs, and academic documents
Handle visa application processes, documentation, and interview preparation
Ensure compliance with admission and visa requirements
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of South Korea admission systems and immigration policies
Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, institutional partners, and embassy officials
Communicate effectively with university representatives for smooth processing
Monitor application progress and ensure timely submission, follow-up, and updates
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and generate performance reports
Lead and support junior counselors/team members (if applicable)
Achieve monthly and quarterly student enrollment targets
Participate in education fairs, seminars, and marketing campaigns
Provide pre-departure and post-visa support to students
Build strong relationships with students to ensure satisfaction, retention, and referrals
