North South Group is looking for a highly energetic, result-oriented and experienced professional for the position of GM / Team Leader (Sales & Marketing) for Titanic Bay Hotel & Resort, Cox’s Bazar.
The candidate must have strong experience in Hotel Share Sales / Resort Share Sales proven capability of achieving both personal and team sales targets.
Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing team for Hotel Share Sales.
Achieve assigned monthly & yearly individual sales target.
Ensure each team member achieves their individual target.
Prepare and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals.
Monitor daily sales performance and provide guidance to team members.
Conduct client meetings, investment presentations & closing deals.
Organize corporate visits, project presentations & promotional campaigns.
Develop new investors and maintain strong relationship with existing clients.
Submit daily, weekly & monthly sales performance reports to management.
Ensure maximum lead conversion and revenue growth.
Coordinate with CRM and customer service for smooth investor support.
