• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.

• Experience in social media content design, especially Facebook ads and promotional creatives.

• Good understanding of modern design trends and marketing visuals.

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer who will be responsible for designing engaging and high-quality visual content for our real estate marketing campaigns. The candidate must have strong experience in creating Facebook marketing content, promotional creatives, and branding materials related to the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Facebook ad creatives, promotional posts, and campaign visuals for real estate projects.

• Create various marketing materials such as brochures, banners, flyers, social media posts, and digital advertisements.

• Develop creative concepts and layouts for different promotional campaigns.

• Ensure brand consistency across all design platforms.

• Work closely with the marketing team to produce visually appealing and effective promotional content.

• Update and optimize designs according to campaign performance and marketing strategy.
