Responsibilities & Context:

North South Group is looking for a highly energetic, result-oriented and experienced professional for the position of GM / Team Leader (Sales & Marketing) for Titanic Bay Hotel & Resort, Cox’s Bazar.

The candidate must have strong experience in Hotel Share Sales / Resort Share Sales proven capability of achieving both personal and team sales targets.

  • Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing team for Hotel Share Sales.

  • Achieve assigned monthly & yearly individual sales target.

  • Ensure each team member achieves their individual target.

  • Prepare and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals.

  • Monitor daily sales performance and provide guidance to team members.

  • Conduct client meetings, investment presentations & closing deals.

  • Organize corporate visits, project presentations & promotional campaigns.

  • Develop new investors and maintain strong relationship with existing clients.

  • Submit daily, weekly & monthly sales performance reports to management.

  • Ensure maximum lead conversion and revenue growth.

  • Coordinate with CRM and customer service for smooth investor support.
