• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Female

• At least Four years of relevant professional experience in research or organizational development.
• Prior experience conducting social research and facilitating organizational development processes.

Core Competencies

• Strong understanding of organizational behavior.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with commitment to growth.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office is mandatory; experience with Stata and MAXQDA or similar software is a plus.
• Fluent in ORAL English and ability to write without AI.

• Facilitate and moderate international online and in-person meetings with diverse stakeholders.

• Design and develop training modules and toolkits across various program areas.

• Facilitate training and workshops for participants from grassroots to senior levels.

• Review and develop organizational policies and standard operating procedures.

• Contribute to research and evaluation projects including tool development and data analysis.

• Generate innovative ideas for proposal development and business acquisition.
