Responsibilities & Context:

1. Student Counseling & Guidance

• Students-দের বিদেশে পড়াশোনার সুযোগ, বিষয়, টিউশন ফি ও স্কলারশিপ বিষয়ে পরামর্শ দেওয়া

• ছাত্রের প্রোফাইল, রেজাল্ট, বাজেট ও লক্ষ্য অনুযায়ী সঠিক দেশ/বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় সাজেস্ট করা

• Admission requirements সহজভাবে ব্যাখ্যা করা

2. Application & Admission Support

• ইউনিভার্সিটি অ্যাপ্লিকেশন পূরণে সাহায্য করা

• প্রয়োজনীয় ডকুমেন্ট গাইড করা: SOP, CV, Reference Letter, Bank Statement

• অ্যাপ্লিকেশনের স্ট্যাটাস নিয়মিত ফলো-আপ করা

3. Visa Guidance (Basic Level)

• ছাত্রকে ভিসা ডকুমেন্ট প্রস্তুতিতে নির্দেশনা দেওয়া

• ভিসা লজমেন্ট টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করা

4. Communication & Reporting

• প্রতিদিনের ছাত্র কাউন্সেলিং রিপোর্ট আপডেট করা

• WhatsApp/Facebook/Phone-এ ছাত্রের সাথে ফলো-আপ

• অফিস টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করে কাজ করা

5. Targets & Performance

• মাসিক অ্যাডমিশন টার্গেট পূরণে কাজ করা

• আগ্রহী লিডকে ভর্তি পর্যন্ত কনভার্ট করা

📌 Required Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree

• Freshers can also apply

• Candidates with experience in any corporate sector are welcome to apply

• Experience in education consultancy is NOT mandatory

• Good communication skills in English & Bangla

• Confident, friendly, and student-focused attitude

• Knowledge of Malaysia/UK/Australia–NZ admissions is an added advantage (not required)
