Student Counseling & Guidance

• Provide professional guidance to students regarding overseas study opportunities, academic programs, tuition fees, and available scholarships.
• Assess students’ academic profile, results, financial capacity, and career goals to recommend the most suitable country, university, and program.
• Clearly explain admission requirements, procedures, and eligibility criteria in an easy-to-understand manner.

Application & Admission Support

• Assist students in completing university application forms accurately and on time.
• Guide students in preparing and submitting required documents, including:
• Statement of Purpose (SOP), Curriculum Vitae (CV), Reference Letters, and Bank Statements.
• Regularly track application progress and provide updates to students.

Visa Guidance (Basic Level)

• Instruct students on preparing necessary visa documentation.
• Coordinate with the visa processing team to ensure smooth application submission and follow-up.

Communication & Reporting

• Maintain daily records and reports of student counseling activities.
• Conduct continuous follow-up with students via WhatsApp, Facebook, and Phone.
• Collaborate effectively with office team members to ensure smooth operations.

Targets & Performance

• Work proactively to achieve monthly admission targets.
• Convert prospective leads into confirmed enrollments through consistent follow-up and professional guidance.
