MS Office/Google Workspace সম্পর্কে basic knowledge।
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
Overall restaurant operations পরিচালনা ও তদারকি করা।
Daily sales, cash management এবং operational activities monitor করা।
Food quality, hygiene, cleanliness এবং service standards নিশ্চিত করা।
Restaurant staff-এর duty roster, attendance এবং performance পরিচালনা করা।
Customer complaints professionally handle করে customer satisfaction নিশ্চিত করা।
Kitchen ও service team-এর মধ্যে effective coordination বজায় রাখা।
Inventory, food cost এবং wastage control করা।
Restaurant-এর sales target অর্জনে team-কে guide ও motivate করা।
Staff training, briefing এবং performance evaluation পরিচালনা করা।
Management-এর নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী daily/weekly/monthly reports প্রস্তুত করা।
Restaurant-এর rules, SOP এবং safety standards যথাযথভাবে অনুসরণ নিশ্চিত করা।
