Experience:

• 2 to 5 years

• HSC in High School / SSC / HSC / Trade Course or Equivalent.
• Diploma in Hotel Management in High School / SSC / HSC / Trade Course or Equivalent.

• 2 to 5 years

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Age: 18 to 35 years.

• Gender: Only Males are allowed to apply (অথবা Both যদি উভয়কে নিতে চান).

• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and capable of standing for long hours and lifting kitchen supplies.

• Attitude: Must have a positive, hardworking, and well-behaved attitude with a strong team spirit.

• Hygiene: Must maintain excellent personal hygiene and cleanliness.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

• Assist Chefs and Cooks in preparing ingredients (washing, peeling, chopping vegetables, and meat).

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining area.

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, and kitchen equipment.

• Set up tables, dining areas, and service stations before opening and clean them after closing.

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the restaurant service area or guest tables promptly.

• Monitor kitchen inventory and report shortages of ingredients or cleaning supplies to the supervisor.

• Ensure proper waste disposal and follow all safety and food handling guidelines.

• Perform any other operational duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Executive Chef.
