Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional counseling to students and guardians regarding study abroad options (Malaysia, UK, Malta, etc.).
Convert leads into successful files through effective communication (Phone calls & Face-to-Face).
Follow up with prospective students and maintain a strong relationship until enrollment.
Prepare and organize student files for university application and visa processing.
Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional activities.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree from any reputed university (Background in SALES AND MARKETING is a plus, but not mandatory).
Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in Student Consultancy is preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Skills:
Must have excellent fluency in Bangla & English.
Strong convincing power" with "Advanced persuasion capabilities and robust objection-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Drive).
Must be well-groomed and professional in appearance.
