We are looking for a highly experienced and visionary E-commerce Business Strategist & Operations Lead who can guide our strategic direction, design growth plans, manage teams, and execute business initiatives to help position Prodhan.com among the leading e-commerce platforms in the country.
This is a senior leadership role requiring deep e-commerce expertise, strong operational understanding, and proven business scaling experience.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Business Growth
- Develop high-impact business strategies to accelerate the growth of Prodhan.com
- Advise the Managing Director on industry insights, trends, and strategic opportunities
- Identify key improvement areas and create actionable plans for sustainable growth
- Lead platform optimization and business model innovation
E-commerce Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end operations including product sourcing, vendor relations, fulfillment, and customer experience
- Establish SOPs for product listing, order processing, vendor onboarding, and customer support
- Ensure efficient logistics workflows and cost-effective operational structures
Marketing & Branding Strategy
- Develop and execute marketing, branding, and performance advertising strategies
- Plan campaigns across digital channels to maximize traffic, conversions, and brand visibility
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to determine growth opportunities
Product Sourcing & Vendor Management
- Identify profitable product categories and establish strong supplier networks
- Negotiate pricing, build partnerships, and ensure timely product availability
- Maintain product quality standards and competitive pricing strategies
Team Leadership & Execution
- Build and supervise teams in operations, sourcing, and marketing
- Set KPIs, delegate responsibilities, and ensure efficient execution
- Drive team performance through proper guidance and leadership
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor key business metrics, sales performance, and marketing ROI
- Implement data-driven decision-making across departments
- Provide regular growth reports and strategic recommendations to management
