MBA or PhD in Business Administration, Engineering Institute research, development, or a relevant discipline.
Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in training institute development, engineering education, or skill development projects
Experience in curriculum development and institutional setup is an advantage
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and manage an engineering training centre
Design industry-oriented engineering training programs
Coordinate with trainers, engineers, and industry partners
Ensure training quality, standards, and continuous improvement
Marketing plan and policy making
